The co-ordinator may arrange visits and where appropriate maintain a roster to a variety of agencies e.g. prisons, drug rehab facility, educational institutions and other groups who may wish to explore the Buddhist path.
A major opportunity is to arrange Friday night speakers for the 3 months when the monks and nuns are on Rains Retreat.
Requirements include:
* Being a BSWA member
* Having an established meditation/life practice
* Ability to negotiate with community agencies, respond to enquiries and arrange speakers and other services
* Establishing and maintaining a volunteers' roster
