Do Not Judge Yourself

We can never know another person, so how can we judge? Never mind what others or we have done previously. "There is no such thing as a criminal, only a person who once committed a crime" [Ajahh Brahm].

All that matters is what we do now, how we show kindness, compassion and forgiveness to ourself and others. Feeling is not a problem. What we experience is not a problem. Holding on to it is the problem; that is suffering. Letting go is the end of suffering.

Speaker: Bhikkhuni Hasapanna from Dhammasara monastery.

About Relationships

Relationships are never going to be perfect, however, Bhikkhuni  Hasapanna discusses how we can relate to people around us with trust, kindness, compassion and forgiveness which will  foster good relationships, and in turn, lessen our suffering.

More importantly though we can relate to our own emotions by being mindful and meditation is the key to mindfulness.

Also, listen to some refreshing jokes.

Support Ed by supporting Dhammasara

"I know that to get fit and help others is a high priority for many of you.

Well, those two things are my passions, and when I saw an opportunity to help in construction of the Dhammasara monastery out while getting fit for Marathon des Sables I couldn’t pass it up."
